Once you choose your preferred apartment home, you’ll complete the online application, submit the application fee and holding deposit, and provide any required documentation. Applications are reviewed for income, credit, rental history, and public criminal records. If an applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.

Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days once all required documents have been received. Timing depends on verification needs, whether an applicant’s background screening is in-state or out-of-state, and how quickly supporting information is submitted.

Parisian on Vine offers initial lease terms ranging from 4 to 12+ months. Please contact the leasing office or submit an inquiry online for current lease term options.

Yes. If your preferred apartment layout is not currently available, you can join the priority waitlist by submitting an online application, a $50 application fee per person, and a $50 priority reservation deposit. The leasing team will contact you when a matching home becomes available.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent at Parisian on Vine. Residents are responsible for a common utility package due with rent on the 1st of the month that includes electric, gas, pest control, water, sewer, and trash. Please contact the leasing office for utility setup details.

Security deposit amounts are determined based on the results of your rental application and screening. Approved applicants may be required to pay a security deposit of up to one-half (½) of one month's rent. Eligible applicants may also have the option to enroll in a Security Deposit Alternative Program in place of a traditional security deposit. Please contact the leasing office for deposit requirements specific to your application.

A $50 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant, along with a $150 holding fee to reserve your selected apartment during the approval process. Once approved, the holding fee will be applied toward your move-in costs. If an applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.
